THE SHOW is an American syndicated talk show, featuring performances by some of the hottest Hip Hop, Contemporary, R&B, and Pop indie artists. Hosted by indie artist The Black Bettys, THE SHOW is filmed weekly in Atlanta at Encore Film And Music Studio in front of a live studio audience.
The SHOW captures artists in their most purest form. THE SHOW also provides a rare opportunity for select fans to view their favorite artists in an intimate setting. The studio audience is allowed to ask the artists questions, which makes for an exciting interactive experience.

SHOW INFORMATION
Ticket Information
If you're in or plan on visiting Atlanta and would like to attend THE SHOW please follow the instructions below. Studio tickets are free to anyone 16 years of age and older. THE SHOW is scheduled to begin filming in spring 2021. Dates and times are to be announced.
All requests for tickets are currently submitted online by filling out the request form. Please make sure all information matches your legal form of identification so there is no issue at security. Once your ticket request form is submitted online, a representative from our audience department will call you to book the tickets requested. Please note that submitting a request DOES NOT confirm your ticket(s) to a taping. Tickets are only confirmed AFTER you have spoken directly with a representative of the audience department. You will receive an "e-ticket" to print out or bring on your smartphone for the day of the show. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL US REGARDING QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR TICKET REQUEST AS YOUR REQUESTS WILL BECOME NULL AND VOID UPON DOING SO.

Please include the name of your group or organization, your phone number(s), and the best time to contact you. Please note, that this email address is ONLY to be used for group requests. Seating/Check-in
Entrance into the taping is based upon the order guests arrive, and guaranteed ONLY if your whole party is in line together by the arrival time stated above. Due to the nature of the process, you may not join the check in line or receive audience cards until your party is COMPLETE. For security purposes we require that the main ticket holder (the person who made the reservation) be present to attend the taping. If the ticket holder cannot be present, his or her guests will no longer be guaranteed and will be subject to standby seating if available. Please know that all efforts will be made to seat parties together; however we may be required to split your group up due to seating configurations.
Age Limit / Identification
All guests must be at least 16 years of age and show a valid physical photo ID with proof of age in order to gain admittance. The only acceptable forms of identification are passport, driver’s license, state ID, and Military ID. They must be VALID, CURRENT, NON-EXPIRED IDs. Minors accompanied by an adult may bring a school ID or a birth certificate to show proof of age. If you arrive on the day of the taping without proper identification, you will not be permitted into Encore Film And Music Studio.
Consent and Release Form
Due to the nature of the show, you will most likely be filmed at some point during the taping. By attending the taping of THE SHOW you are giving your consent to use your image and likeness. Furthermore all in attendance will be issued a Consent and Release Form to sign and return prior to taping.
Show Policies
Please limit all bags and purses and their contents to facilitate the security process. All bags and purses are subject to screening and search. Note that you are NOT permitted to bring any audio or video recording devices (including cameras), sharp objects or mace/pepper spray into the studio! Cell phones are allowed, however you must listen to all announcements regarding when to turn them off. For safety reasons, smoking is not allowed once inside Encore Film And Music Studio.

If you or anyone in your party requires accommodation because of accessibility to attend the show, please let us know when you call to book your tickets or before the show date. Dress Code
Changes / Cancellations
For security purposes, these tickets are non-transferable and guest names may NOT be substituted. Any cancellations may be done by contacting us at 770-895-3760 to remove a guest. Also, guests who make reservations that are not canceled with prior notice (or "no-shows"), will affect their eligibility for future requests and/or reservations.
Artist Eligibility Requirements
Minimum eligibility requirements to appear on The Show
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to attend taping in Atlanta, GA. The Show does not provide any transportation or lodging.
Must have a minimum of 3 videos uploaded to Youtube.
Artist must have a minimum of 1000 Youtube subscribers.
Artist must have a minimum of 10k Instagram Followers.

FAQ
What if I need more than 4 tickets?
You may request up to 10 tickets but please use as many as you request. If you need group accommodations or group info, please email EncoreFilmAndMusic@gmail.com, but note that all productions book in excess of studio capacity.
Can I take photos?
Studio policy does not permit the taking of any photographs. Cameras or any other recording devices will not be permitted into the studio, but cell phones are allowed. However, please pay attention to all announcements regarding when to turn them off.
How long is the taping?
Our taping is a live show and lasts about an hour, but there are also times when we tape short segments after the live show is over. We do our best to notify guests when changes occur, but please note production reserves the right to make any last minute changes. Please be aware that this time does not include the security check-in process or travel to studio. Please allow ample time to arrive and remain at the taping.
How much are the tickets?
Studio tickets are free, but any travel accommodations are not the responsibility of Encore Film And Music Studio or THE SHOW.
What if my show has been rescheduled?
Show times and dates are subject to change at any time. THE SHOW does not reimburse for travel/hotel expenses due to show cancellations. Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be auctioned or sold.

Where do I park?
Free parking is available at Encore Film And Music Studio.
When does the show tape?
Typically, "THE SHOW" tapes on Monday and Tuesday. Sometimes, there are double-show days once or twice a week when guests get to stay for both tapings. There are also weeks when the production is on hiatus and not filming, so please check the calendar for an updated list of dates.
How old do I have to be to attend?
You must be 16 years of age and older.
How many times may I attend a taping?
You may attend multiple shows per week.
When booking tickets, please make sure you and your guests are not double booked within the same show day. All reservations involved will have their tickets canceled without notification if the ticket holder or guest(s) names appear on the multiple reservations. As a result, please make sure you and your party communicate before applying for tickets to a taping. If you submit multiple entries, or apply under different names, entrance into the taping and any future tapings will not be granted.
Will I be filmed during the show?
There is a good chance you will be filmed during the show. Please do not attend the filming of THE SHOW, if you do not give consent to use your image and likeness.
